It was established in 1995 and has its registered business office located in Reus, Spain. The company serves as a key policy tool for economic promotion, as well as offers services that contribute to regional economic development and strengthen the local business community. It provides facilities and logistic services, technical personnel, logistical support, and the physical space on a temporary basis; business centre for holding workshops, conventions, and other business events; information for companies and entrepreneurs with new business projects; industrial premises for small- and medium-sized enterprises; fairgrounds and convention centres for trade shows and convention activities; and technology parks. The company also offers venture capital financing tools; technical advice; use of a new project classroom; support for the execution of business plans; and information on administrative procedures, and financing and business localization, as well as on company incentives and grants and legal statuses. In addition, it operates as a subsidiary of Ayuntamiento De Reus.
